A win for either side would have meant they avoided the play offs. Clydesdale scored first with a short corner from Danny Cain and remained in control for most of the first half.&nbsp; Clydesdale were unfortunate when a&nbsp;they appeared to have scored a second only for it to be voided by a third party obstruction noticed by the disengaged umpire.<\/p>\n<p>Second half was more even but Clydesdale had several short corners but the Hillhead defence held firm. Clydesdale had a great shout for a penalty flick when Jack Jamieson appeared to be pushed in the act of shooting but nothing was awarded and shortly after Hillhead scored after a&nbsp;rebound.<\/p>\n<p>Despite both teams efforts the score remain at 1-1 and the draw meant three teams finished the league &nbsp;tied on 18 points.
