{"id":3285,"date":"2018-02-04T11:11:03","date_gmt":"2018-02-04T11:11:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/clydesdalehockey.org.uk\/staging\/?p=3285"},"modified":"2023-01-26T13:13:16","modified_gmt":"2023-01-26T13:13:16","slug":"scottish-indoor-champions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/clydesdalehockey.org.uk\/staging\/scottish-indoor-champions\/","title":{"rendered":"Scottish Indoor Champions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Clydesdale Western became 2018 Scottish Women&#8217;s Indoor Champions yesterday with an impressive 4-2 win vs. Dundee Wanderers at Perth.<\/p>\n<p>Millie Steiger opened the scoring after 15 minutes after great play from Margery Justice down the right.\u00a0 Wanderers hit back converting a short corner after 18 minutes and it stayed 1-1 till half time.\u00a0 Clydesdale Western started the second half brightly and Susie Gillman restored the lead.\u00a0 Bronwyn Shields added a third in 28 minutes as the girls took a grip on the game.\u00a0 Jess Buchanan made a great save from a Wanderers corner with six minutes to go and as time ticked by Wanderers took off their &#8216;keeper to press.
